I grew up in a small town in southwestern Minnesota. Growing up on a farm, I learned the importance of working hard at a young age. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Southwest Minnesota State University and my Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University. I enjoy working out, hiking, fishing, hunting and staying active in our beautiful Black Hills with my husband.
I was first introduced to Chiropractic when I had debilitating headaches in high school. Through chiropractic care, I became headache free! This was such a life changing experience that it led me to pursue a chiropractic career. I am so excited to help people not only feel better but get back to living the life they love.
I am also certified Graston Technique provider. Graston Technique is a soft tissue modality aimed at pain relief with faster recovery and less treatment time. Graston Technique is a great treatment option for plantar fasciitis, achilles tendinitis, shoulder pain, and more.
I use diversified treatment technique, activator, Thompson drop table, Graston Technique, and KT taping.
